By accessing and using Cotiza ('the Service'), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use the Service. Cotiza is an AI-powered quote generation platform aimed at professionals in the construction and renovation sector.
2. Service Description
Cotiza is a tool that allows construction professionals to quickly create quotes using artificial intelligence. The Service includes:
- Automatic quote generation from job descriptions
- Voice input and photo analysis
- Export to professional PDF with your branding
- Sending quotes via WhatsApp and email
- Client, product, and catalog management
3. Beta Phase
Cotiza is currently in beta phase. This means the Service is under active development and may contain errors or incomplete features. During this phase, the Service is free with unlimited quotes. We reserve the right to modify the terms when the beta phase ends, with prior notice.
4. Registration and Account
To use Cotiza, you need to create an account providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out with your account. You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
5. Usage Rules
By using Cotiza, you agree to:

- Respect intellectual property and third-party rights
Prohibited:
- Using the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempting to access systems or data of other users
- Abusing system resources or overloading servers
- Reverse engineering the software or AI
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Cotiza uses AI to automatically generate quotes. Although we strive to provide accurate calculations, the generated quotes are indicative estimates. You are responsible for reviewing and validating each quote before sending it to your clients. Cotiza is not responsible for errors in prices or calculations that you have not verified.
7. Intellectual Property
Cotiza and all its content (code, design, brand, AI) are the property of Cotiza or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service according to these terms. The quotes you generate and your business data are your property.
8. Your Data
You own the data you enter into Cotiza (client information, prices, catalogs). You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your information.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep Cotiza available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control. We will notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cotiza is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the last 12 months (during the free beta phase, this is €0).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cotiza harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, including incorrect quotes sent to clients or misuse of the platform.
12. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service. In case of cancellation, you will be able to export your data for 30 days.
13. Modifications
We may modify these terms occasionally. We will notify you of important changes at least 30 days in advance by email or through a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after modifications implies your acceptance.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, we submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
